In the beginning of 2021 the Ministry of Culture of Latvia plans to launch the EEA Grants open call “Support for the Creation of Professional Arts and Culture Products for Children and Youth“.
One of the preconditions to qualify for the funding is to implement the project with Donor Project Partners (partners from Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). In order to support partnership development between organizations from Latvia and Donor States who wish to submit a mutual project in the open call, the Ministry of Culture together with the Arts Council Norway (Kulturrådet) from 1st to 3rd December are organizing a match-making event online to develop new partnerships in the area of culture between organizations from Latvia, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
Agenda:
1st December 14:00 – 15:30 (EET) presentations on EEA Grants culture programme, trends in culture in Latvia and Norway.
2nd to 3rd December 10:00 – 15:00 (EET) thematic group discussions, project idea presentations, exchange of contacts – for more information see Registration form.
The working language of the event will be English. Final agenda and event link will be sent to the registered participants.

Additional introductory meeting with the Latvian organizations on 24th November
Since the focus on 1st to 3rd December event will be put on partnerships and match-making, the Ministry of Culture of Latvia invites the organizations from Latvia to participate in an introductory meeting on 24th November at 10:00 – 10:50, where Latvian organizations will be informed about all programme specifics and technicalities. Meeting will be held in Latvian.
