“Weld Pro” Ltd. is a success story of a metal products manufacturing company that began with the revival of an abandoned building in Latgale.
The company’s owner, utilizing valuable work experience from abroad, chose to establish the company in his native Līksna parish in the Augšdaugava region, demonstrating that business ideas can be successfully realized even in a small village like Līksna.
The company implemented a project through which the acquisition of necessary equipment was carried out: a metal bandsaw, a metal milling machine, a bending machine, a combined rebar machine, and welding equipment sets. As a result of obtaining this equipment, additional workplace was created, and the company could offer a new range of services and increase the number of orders.
With competitive salaries and promising prospects, the company has enticed qualified specialists to return from abroad, enabling them to work in their homeland while simultaneously fostering the economic growth of the region by entering into potentially numerous collaboration agreements with clients.
