According to the provisions of the Regulations on the implementation of the Norway Grants in 2009-2014, the Ministry of Justice, as program LV08 “Reform of the Latvian Correctional Services and Police Detention Centres” (hereinafter – Program) Operator, had to ensure that the Programme evaluation was carried out in order to assess the objectives achieved by the Programme and the impact on changes in the correction services system.
The evaluation report is attached in the appendix.
