On 8 April 2019, the Evaluation Commission of the Norway Grants period 2014–2021 programme “Correctional Services” pre-defined project “Establishment of training centre infrastructure and model prison blocks for training opportunities in the Olaine prison territory” approved regulation on project evaluation. On Tuesday, 9 April 2019, an invitation to submit project proposal was sent to project applicant Latvian Prison Administration. The time period for project proposal submission is from 10 April 2019 till 10 May 2019.
